REQUIREMENTS :

*Photocopy of Birth Certificate
*Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
*Seminar (Saturdays 8AM to 12NN)

Weekdays (reservation at least two weeks before)
Tuesday to Friday
*11:00 AM
*4:30 PM

Weekends(reservation at leastone month before)

Saturday - 11:00 AM

Sunday - 8:30AM & 10:00AM
3:30PM & 5:00PM

On the Baptism Day

*Bring one (1) white candle
*All white (Baby's dress code)
*Decent attire for parents & sponsor
